Erindi Private Game Reserve is looking for Field Guides to work in the “BIG 5” area.

Guides must be Namibian
FGASA Level 1 Qualification or equivalent is the minimum requirement
Only hard workers need apply – we are a busy lodge

(Salaries are according to training & experience. Erindi in-house guide training & Guide Levels allow field guides to increase their salaries over time by completing given tasks & gaining specific experiences)

Shadow the Silent Slayer

A mammoth effort from one of our coalition male Lions – Shadow, has managed to bring down a huge Eland bull.

He has been on the kill for the last few days with hundreds of kilograms of meat at his paws. We estimate shadow to be around 220-230kg’s but that is tiny compared to the possible 700 – 800 Kg Eland bull in picture. We cannot imagine he can eat anymore without his stomach bursting, but tonight he gave it five minutes.

We here at Erindi pride ourselves at delivering A-grade service, being as good as we can be at everything we do, as well as being leaders in the industry. We also see ourselves as being quite technology-savvy (for a game reserve that is!) and on the forefront social media networking. After a very successful run on our Facebook page, we recognise the importance of communicating to our audience in a more direct manner, by using social media websites. It adds a more personal touch to what we offer and who we are, but also keeps previous guests, and people with a general interest about activities at Erindi, in the loop.

Approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
